For the purposes of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Haraç Law & Consulting acts as data controller in relation to personal data processed through the website and communications with the office.
2. Data That May Be Processed
The website does not operate a membership system. If you contact us by email or telephone, your name, contact information and information contained in messages, documents or files you provide may be processed.
3. Purposes
Data may be processed to assess requests for legal advice or representation, respond to communications, fulfil professional and legal obligations, maintain information and website security, and comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and page usage statistically. Analytics is activated only after the visitor selects “Accept” in the cookie preference panel. If “Reject” is selected, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.
5. Your Rights
Where applicable, you may exercise the rights provided under Article 11 of the KVKK, including requesting information concerning the processing of your personal data and requesting correction, deletion or destruction where the statutory conditions are met.
